How does your online program work?

We provide online Speech therapy services from the comfort of your home. Through the use of a secure online platform we will evaluate and provide appropriate speech/language treatment to your child. Every 3 months a re-assessment will be made to check on your child/teen or your progress. With our program you will have access to updates on the progress being made, communication with your therapist through our secure online platform and parent/caregiver education to help carryover at home skills.

What do I need to do online speech therapy?

It is highly recommended that you set up an area in your home away from distractions.  You will also need a tablet or computer with camera and headphones. We do not recommend the use of smart phones as the image is small and is difficult for interactions when the therapist needs to share any materials or activities.

What are your hours of services?

At Telefun Speech we offer therapy services Monday-Friday from 8am to 8pm for Online Patients.

In person service hours are Monday -Friday from 8:00am-6:00pm.

Are your therapist certified?

At Telefun Speech all of our therapist are certified by the American Speech Hearing and Audiology Association (ASHA) and the Florida Department of Health.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

At this time we only accept HUMANA, AMERIHEALTH CARITAS AND SUNSHINE Medicaid. We are currently working with other companies to become providers. We can help with out of network billing if you would like reimbursement from your insurance company.
